At Ciriel, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Conditions for returns
- The product is in its original condition, clean and free from hair or residue;
- The product shows no signs of use beyond what is reasonably needed to test it;
- The product is not damaged due to customer error;
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and components;
- The package is sent with a tracking code;
- You have registered the return with us before sending it.
Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
Damaged products
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. Send us pictures and a description of the damage. If we confirm that the product arrived damaged, we will refund 100% of the product price or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. Return shipping for damaged or defective products is covered by Ciriel.
If you do not notify us within 3 days, we may not be able to process a claim for transport damage.
Easy returns in 3 simple steps
Step 1: Contact us
Email us at support@ciriel.co.uk to register your return. We will send you the return instructions and the return address.
Step 2: Ship your order
Send the product back with a Track & Trace code. You are responsible for the package until it reaches us. Return shipping costs are for your own account, unless the product is defective.
Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect your package, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days before the refund appears in your account.
Exceptions
- Returns requested after the 30-day period has expired;
- Products with clear signs of extensive use, damage through misuse, or modifications;
- Partial returns of a bundle;
- Gift cards.
Warranty
All Ciriel products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us at support@ciriel.co.uk with your order number, a description and photos. We will repair, replace or refund the product at our discretion, and we cover the return shipping.

Free shipping
We ship every order from our warehouse in the Netherlands directly to your door, and shipping is free on every order. No minimum order value, no hidden costs at checkout.
Delivery times
At Ciriel, we do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
- Order cut-off: orders placed before 21:00 (9 PM) are processed the same business day. Orders placed later are processed on the next business day.
- Processing time: 1 to 2 business days.
- Transit time, United Kingdom: 4 to 6 business days.
- Transit time, United States and Canada: 6 to 10 business days.
In total, you can expect your order within 5 to 8 business days in the United Kingdom and within 7 to 12 business days in the United States and Canada. The times stated are averages; no rights can be derived from them.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
Tracking your order
After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email. It can take 1 to 3 business days before the code becomes active, as the parcel is registered in the carrier's systems. You can also follow your order at any time via the Track your order page.
Some international deliveries may show limited tracking updates once they enter the destination country's postal network.
Import fees and taxes
Depending on your location, import duties or local taxes may be charged by the carrier on delivery. These fees are not covered by Ciriel and are not refunded. Orders to the United States are currently below the customs threshold and are not expected to incur import duties.

Yes, returns must always be registered in advance through our customer service. Without registration we are unfortunately unable to process the return.

As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment yourself. Always use a Track & Trace code to avoid any problems.
