Shipping Policy
Free shipping
We ship every order from our warehouse in the Netherlands directly to your door, and shipping is free on every order. No minimum order value, no hidden costs at checkout.
Delivery times
At Ciriel, we do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
- Order cut-off: orders placed before 21:00 (9 PM) are processed the same business day. Orders placed later are processed on the next business day.
- Processing time: 1 to 2 business days.
- Transit time, United Kingdom: 4 to 6 business days.
- Transit time, United States and Canada: 6 to 10 business days.
In total, you can expect your order within 5 to 8 business days in the United Kingdom and within 7 to 12 business days in the United States and Canada. The times stated are averages; no rights can be derived from them.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
Tracking your order
After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email. It can take 1 to 3 business days before the code becomes active, as the parcel is registered in the carrier's systems. You can also follow your order at any time via the Track your order page.
Some international deliveries may show limited tracking updates once they enter the destination country's postal network.
Import fees and taxes
Depending on your location, import duties or local taxes may be charged by the carrier on delivery. These fees are not covered by Ciriel and are not refunded. Orders to the United States are currently below the customs threshold and are not expected to incur import duties.
